Prism IO™ is operated by PopTech Studio LLC. We want everyone to be able to use our websites, applications and deliverables, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We design, build and review our digital services to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. Level AA is the benchmark referenced for web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

In practice that means:

• text and interface elements with sufficient color contrast;
• text alternatives for meaningful images;
• captions for video;
• full keyboard navigation, with visible focus and a logical order;
• pages that can be zoomed and resized without losing content or function;
• clear headings, labels and names for every control, so assistive technology can describe them;
• forms that identify required fields and explain errors in text.

What this covers

This statement covers prismio.ai, the client dashboard and Brand System Architect™ at app.prismio.ai, and the reports and exports we deliver. Content supplied by customers or third parties, and third-party services we link to, follow their own accessibility practices.

How we keep to it

We test pages with automated accessibility checks and by hand, including keyboard-only and screen reader use, when we build or change them. When we find a barrier, we fix it.

Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use, if any. We will respond, provide the information or service in a form that works for you, and fix the barrier.
