1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Prism IO (a DBA of PopTech Studio LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. Your use of prismio.ai and all affiliated platforms or partners signifies acceptance of all terms herein.
Registration and Communication Consent
By registering for any Prism IO service, you expressly consent to receive communications about updates, new features, operational notifications, and service offers. Communications will adhere to privacy standards, legal obligations, and data protection best practices. Unsubscribe options are provided in all non-essential emails.
2. Use of Services
Prism IO delivers AI-powered business tools and digital automation for organizational use only. You must not use Prism IO services for:
Medical, legal, or financial advice or decision-making
Activities that are harmful, illegal, or deceptive
Surveillance or discrimination of any kind
3. AI System and Output Governance
AI Output Limitations: All outputs from Prism IO are informational and may contain inaccuracies or outdated data. You are responsible for verifying outputs; they are not warranted for completeness or fitness.
No Professional Advice: AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
Intellectual Property: Input data is owned by you. AI models, prompt structures, and templates are fully owned by PopTech Studio LLC. Generated content is licensed for your non-exclusive, internal use and may be revoked at our discretion.
Liability Limitation: PopTech Studio LLC and Prism IO are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of AI-generated content.
Human Oversight and Ethics: Critical AI usage is subject to human review. Prism IO adheres to ethical AI standards, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and safety.
4. Data Security and Use
Security: Data is protected via AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. Infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified. Security events are logged for ninety days. Prism IO maintains five million dollars of cyber liability insurance.
Payment: All payments are handled using PCI-DSS compliant processors. Fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise noted in writing.
Data Use: Only de-identified and aggregated metadata are used for analytics and service improvement. No proprietary data is used for AI training except by explicit consent.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PopTech Studio LLC, Prism IO, and affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities relating to your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or violations of third-party rights.
6. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
All legal matters are governed by Florida law. Binding arbitration takes place in Miami-Dade County under AAA rules. Class action and jury trial waivers apply. No legal claims may be brought unless damages exceed $1,000 USD. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief for IP misuse or unauthorized system access.

2. Data Use and Retention
No sale or rental of personal data.
Data is used only for performance, personalization, and analytics.
Only de-identified, aggregate metadata may be used for improving AI models.

Data Transfers
International users consent to U.S.-based processing. Prism IO applies applicable safeguards (GDPR Articles 44–50; Canada’s PIPEDA standards).
3. Your Rights
CCPA/CPRA (California): Access, correction, and deletion; opt-out of sale/share and non-discrimination.
FDBR (Florida): Biometric data is opt-in only. Minor data deletion rights are supported. Annual data protection reports are available upon request.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Prism IO shares data only with:
Authorized infrastructure partners (cloud, payments, analytics)
Regulatory agencies as required by law
Event partners upon explicit opt-in
5. Policy Enforcement and Changes
All policies are reviewed biannually and audited yearly by independent security firms. Material updates require sixty days’ notice. Mandatory clickwrap and timestamp logging are enforced on user agreements.
